Background Story
In 2021 we started to attend the annual www.ChristianEconomicForum.com global gathering of leaders from around the world. At this event, we met Craig Deall with www.FoundationsforFarming.org. We learned how their #FarmingGodsWay training was helping families, communities, and entire nations double and triple their crop yields. They have literally trained trainers that have trained millions of small subsistence farmers in some of the poorer countries of the world. People who receive the training have then gone on to grow enough food to feed their families and have extra crops they could sell for household income. So, starting in 2021, we have been sending leaders from Uganda to be trained at their week-long hands-on training events. These leaders came back to Uganda and began to train others who in turn have been training more people in the #FarmingGodsWay methods. In addition to many families we serve being taught these methods, the Uganda Christian University in Kable is even training agricultural students in these successful farming methods. The results have truly been AMAZING with the biggest harvests people have ever seen in their entire lives. We will continue to invest in training many more people in the years to come because this is so life-changing and life-transforming.

We have sent a number of leaders to receive #TrainTheTrainers FoundationsforFarming.com 1-week sessions in Zimbabwe. One of the people we sent to be trained now has his own 1-week #FarmingGodsWay 1-week training near Jinja, Uganda where we have also sent people to be trained. - It can be done without expensive equipment or fertilizers! No tractors, no plowing equipment, no plowing animals, and no expensive fertilizers are needed. All that is required is a hoe.
- It only requires a small plot of land! A 39x16 meter Pfumvudza garden plot can grow enough food to feed a family for an entire year!
- It takes less time than traditional farming but produces greater results! Many subsistence farmers work many hours in their fields but do not grow enough crops to feed their families. The #FarmingGodsWay farming requires fewer hours in the field each day but produces 2-3 times the results when it's time to harvest.
- Joy, Excitement & Praise Producing! Wherever people are trained to adopt these farming methods there is true joy, excitement, and praise! Often people will clap, cheer, dance, or sing of praise to God when they harvest their abundant crops.
- Money Making! The average family will grow enough crops to feed their family for a year and some extra they can sell to make money for household and education needs.
